iPad App for Insurance Sales
Spring 2014
I worked on a team* of UX and Visual Designers to develop an iPad app for MetLife Japan’s insurance sales agents. The team brought me on to lead the analysis of the elaborate enterprise-level payment processing rules. Once I completed the analysis, I synthesized the requirements into a simplified checkout experience that did not expose the complex business logic executed in the background.

Below, on the left, is a decision diagram I created that represents the payment processing rules. The user flow on the right represents the screens into which I was able to distill the experience.
